A trip to the local Nature Sanctuary

Animals of Australia
Healeville Sanctuary
Its all about the local wildlife

We told Mark we were thinking of going to the Zoo in Sydney so he suggested that we head to this sanctuary  as it was smaller, more intimate and still with lots of animals to see.  We loved it, we had a great time, it was a quiter time of year so no lineups and we got to see the animals very close up as you can see.

The Raptor shown was very impressive

And some of the other birds
were very cute also

The Barn Owl
How could you not love that face
This Snowy Owl was my favorite.

OK it looks like a Kangaroo but its a Wallaby

Now thats a Kangaroo

And this is something everybody loves

These guys are pretty cute too.
They can actually jump between the trees
 about 2 meters

So which one stole the baby??
These Dingos look so cute and they are actually
very shy animals and there has been no record
of them attacking people

The green thing going on in Aus

Millions of trees get flushed every year
Ok so Im thinking all over the world are these squat pots, so that means honey buckets for the toilet paper and so I wonder surely they dont mean to recycle the already Ùsed toilet paper - ewhhhhh.
Buy recycled paper and we can all help

The Wipe for Wildlife philosophy is simple. Flushing trees down the toilet doesn't make sense!
Especially in times of Climate Change and especially when toilet paper can be made from waste products such as recycled paper.
Millions of trees are flushed down the toilet each year so that we can all wipe our bums and bits.
In fact, Australians currently flush millions of trees down the toilet each year! We can all help our environment and wildlife simply by choosing recycled toilet paper.
