Yes Blue Cheese
Well we had a tour of the Roquefort Cheese Caves. This stuff is the best It is stored in these underground caves or cellars one of the cellars is 11 stories high and can hold up to 300,000 loaves of cheese. The cheese cellars are kept at a constant 10 c and a relative humidity of 90%.
Penicillin is added to the ewes milk to make the cheese do what it dose then it is matured for up to three months.
Very impressive and very tasty the price of this cheese here is around $30.00 euro a loaf and that is a lot of cheese
Go get some wine and crackers or maybe one of those bread things lets have a picnic.
