| Our little cottage This is "Vatika Resort" nesstled just on the outside of the entrance to Ranthambhore Tiger Reserve, we were so lucky to have been pointed in its direction. We arrived in town, late at night and had had a hell of a day on the bike so were so happy to have checked into this place. www.ranthambhorevatikaresort.com This was our cottage and the rate is 2000 rupees per night, thats about $40cdn, the food was fabulous, the service terrific and the staff wonderful. We enjoyed so many lovely conversation with the Owner who is also the teacher at the local village school. If your planning on visiting the Tiger park you simply must stay here! I cant say enough good things about this little haven. |
