Israel - The Promised Land

So Civilized  -  Tel Aviv

Few locations offer as much per square km to sustain the spirit, feed the intellect and stimulate the senses as Israel, what a wonderful place, if you haven’t been, you simply must come, at least once in your life, you will love it!  It has so much diversity.

We entered into Eliat stayed 2 nights there enjoying the beachs, the sun and the civilized society that it is, especially after Egypt, it was heaven.  Then we rode up to Be-er Sheva stayed with our new friends Doron and Vivienne for one night then up to Tel Aviv.  Tel Aviv is a mix of Vancouver and Paris,  it has a lovely sea walk and beaches with surfers and joggers, mountain bikers and families out walking.  Tonnes of shopping, you can get pretty much anything in Tel Aviv just like home, it has an old quarter called Jaffa with cobblestone streets, restaurants’, coffee shops, bakeries, book stores you name it they have it.

Sitting on the waterfront and watching the surfers!
