The Sea Cliff Road into Sydney

We had seen this tourist brochure on The Sea Cliff Bridge and as soon as I laid eyes on it I just had to ride it. It was a little like our Sea to Sky Highway in Canada but not as long but the scenery was spectacular as we followed the coast into Sydney

The road used to be on the side of the cliff but proved to be very
dangerous and expensive to maintain

The new road was a great ride and as the weather was so great we were not alone on it. As we walked the bridge there was a steady flow of bikes going in each direction. Some of them with a lot bigger balls than I have, as the speed they were going was much faster than I would want to try it (not that I would be allowed to any way)

Now elevated above the ocean it is a
spectacular ride

We had to park the bike and walk it just to get
the full appreciation of it

From a view point on top of the hill you can see
why it has to be ridden

Up at the view point it is like a motorbike show room

The greatest thing about being on the road is all the
 other riders we meet
We spent about an hour at the view point talking with the many other riders about different routes we should take as we traveled further up the coast to Brisbane This fine chap a member of the Ulysses Motorcycle Club complemented Chenty by referring to her as the "Pillion In A Million",  and I have to agree with him, I am very lucky to have someone to share this experience with as all the other guys out here seem to be riding on their own.
Like many others Charley and his mate were very
envious of our trip and had many questions, go for it guys!
All I can say to those who are following us on this trip is JUST DO IT!! Don't worry about the "what if"  factor because if you do you will never do it. As we have found there will always be someone to answer those questions or help if you have a problem.

Just keep a happy face and an open mind and you will enjoy every day.
