Avignon

Ah Avignon, it is simply one of the most beautiful
parts of France, this is the Popes Palace which is where they use to live many years ago.

I just love the color of the stone here, it is different shades of creamy, yellow and browny colors, really pretty, kind of like those cream colored cows you see in France!

We stayed in a great hotel in Avignon for two days and explored its walled city, lots of fun shops and boutiques selling lavendar, pretty table cloths, great fashions and lots of great restaurants too, highly recommend a visit here.

The countryside around her is very pretty too, so fresh and clean I could easily hang out here for a while but allas Italy is calling!!
