Home to Leonardo Di Vinci for the last 3 years of his life, a really must visit for anyone venturing out this way in France, its a little town with a lovely mix of everything you need for a perfect holiday!
The many Chateau's in the area are so pretty, huge and with lovely gardens, this is the place to see Chateaus, our route followed the Loire River, highly recommend it.
Another lovely town with its own Chateau. We stayed two nights in the Belle-Vue Hotel a quaint little place right in town.The Chateau was lit at night so I had to go out with the tripod.
